BUYER
The Buyer is the customer who purchases products through the Seller’s website at www.decoristan.com. The billing and contact information provided by the Buyer during the order process shall be considered valid.
By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that once the order is confirmed, they shall be obligated to pay the order amount together with any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and additional charges, and that they have been informed accordingly.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) and/or service(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, www.decoristan.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the products/services, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and all other preliminary information related to the products/services, including the right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed such information electronically before placing the order.
Products whose protective packaging, seals, bands, or wrappers have been opened after delivery may not be returned for reasons of health and hygiene. Opening the product packaging constitutes an exception to the right of withdrawal.
The prices displayed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Such prices remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period.
The Buyer agrees and undertakes that all information entered into the website during registration and purchasing processes belongs to them or that they have the authority to use and share such information. The Buyer shall not enter any information that they do not own or have no right to use. Otherwise, all responsibility shall rest solely with the Buyer.
The Preliminary Information Form and invoice displayed on the payment page of www.decoristan.com form an integral part of this Agreement. Upon completion of the order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
