4. Important Delivery Information

If the package appears damaged or opened, do not accept it and request that the courier representative prepare a damage report.
Decoristan cannot be held responsible for damaged products if a damage report has not been issued at the time of delivery.
5. Undeliverable Orders
Decoristan is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Orders that cannot be delivered by the courier company will be returned to us, and our customer service team will contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
